People Also Ask (PAA) is a box of related questions in Google results. Each question expands to show a short answer taken from a page, with a link.
For a business, PAA is a free research tool: the questions shown for your main service and city are what people actually want to know. Answering them on your pages (question as heading, direct answer first) helps people, can win the snippet, and gives AI assistants clear text to quote.
In practice
In practice, search your main service with your city, open the People Also Ask questions and note them down. Questions that keep appearing are worth answering on your own pages, in your own words, with your own specifics such as your prices or timings. Over time, check whether your page becomes one of the answers shown.
